UHNITED to make a difference!

Did you know when UHN and Toronto come together believing anything can happen, it does? That’s just one reason I’ve registered for We Walk UHNITED and chose to raise funds for University Health Network (UHN). 

TGH has taken very good care of me over the years. As a Woman born with Congenital Heart Defect Sick Kids & now TGH have been my home away from home. TGH found a way to keep me alive and active in my community 1st with a 3 lead pacemaker, then a Systemic VAD and in 2016 a heart Transplant and 2024 a Kidney Transplant. As I tell everyone TGH ROCKS!
