UHNITED to make a difference!
I am currently a first year student at UofT. This year, I’ve decided to take part in the UHNITED walk with my friends in order to be involved in something meaningful.
We decided to do this because we realize what an important role hospitals and healthcare workers have in our community, and we wanted to support them as much as we can. As someone who has seen many loved ones in and out of the hospitals, I want to be able to give back to ensure everyone gets the best possible care.
I’m hoping to raise as much as possible to help improve facilities, equipment, and patient support—things that make a huge difference during tough times. Thanks!
