UHN is giving me a second chance at life!
I’m on the waiting list to have a double lung transplant and my journey has been with the United Health Network (UHN), mainly Toronto General Hospital.
All levels of my care team have been prompt, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to interact with. Despite the size of a hospital I have found my interactions to feel genuine and personal.
I’d like to give back to the hospital that is literally giving me a second life and I would appreciate your donation, even if it’s just a couple dollars it all adds up.
